I just sketched Dante and Vergil for the first time again after, literally, more than 1 year.

And Vergil looks like Billy Idol 🙃

I'm trying to redraw an old drawing and maaaaaan, I couldn't get his proportions right for ANYTHING in this world hahahaha

I finished reading Alan Moore's The Watchmen for a class, and I instantly want to re-read it. I don't usually re-read things immediately; I like to be reminded of things I missed a few years down the line, but the art and story were so fascinating. I think its a classic for a reason, and some of the quotes just had me staring at the pages blankly because I could so see both sides of dissonance in character actions/words/beliefs. So much of the comic was dialogue, but I enjoyed how the comic explored people's experiences directly affecting their decisions specifically in ways which elicited reactions from characters who would not be privy to the reasoning behind such decisions. I do always wonder in my day-to-day how much of the interactions I have were pre-determined by the past experiences of those around me. Cannot wait to see how my opinions on the comic change during this semester.
